2. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing and using caftanparis.com, you accept these terms of service in full. If you do not accept them, please do not use our site.
3. Products and services
Caftan Paris offers for sale:
- Caftans and oriental outfits, which may be beaded or embroidered
- Stainless steel jewellery (earrings, necklaces, bracelets)
- Fashion accessories
Products are offered while stocks last. Should a product prove unavailable after your order has been confirmed, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you a full refund.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in euros (€), all taxes included. Caftan Paris reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the price in force when the order is confirmed. Shipping fees are shown separately before you confirm your order.
5. Placing an order
To place an order on caftanparis.com:
- Select your items and add them to the cart
- Confirm your cart and enter your delivery details
- Choose your delivery and payment method
- Confirm and pay for your order
A confirmation email is sent as soon as your payment is approved. Caftan Paris reserves the right to refuse or cancel any suspicious or fraudulent order.
6. Payment
The payment methods accepted on caftanparis.com are:
- Shopify Payments (payment card: Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
- PayPal
Payment is due in full when the order is placed. All transactions are secure and encrypted. Caftan Paris does not store any bank details.
7. Delivery
Orders are shipped with Colissimo or Mondial Relay, at the customer's choice, through our partner Sendcloud. A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Delivery times are indicative and do not constitute a contractual commitment.
8. Returns and refunds
Our return and refund conditions are set out in our Return and Refund Policy available on the site. Every return must be authorised by us beforehand. Caftan Paris applies a strict anti-fraud policy: each item is photographed and filmed before dispatch and again when returns are received.
9. Intellectual property
All content on caftanparis.com (text, photographs, videos, logos, visuals) is the exclusive property of Caftan Paris and is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.
10. Environmental commitments
Caftan Paris is registered with the following producer responsibility organisations under the French extended producer responsibility (EPR) scheme for textiles:

11. Liability
Caftan Paris undertakes to do everything possible to keep the site available and working properly. Caftan Paris cannot, however, be held liable for:
- Temporary interruptions of the site for maintenance
- Damage resulting from improper use of the products
- Damage resulting from failure to follow the care instructions
- Delivery delays attributable to the carrier or to events of force majeure

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with the GDPR and is available on the site.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms of service are governed by French law. If you live in another European Union country, you keep the benefit of the protective provisions of the law of your country of residence.
Consumer mediation: in the event of a dispute, please contact us first at contact@caftanparis.com so that we can look for an amicable solution. Failing agreement, you may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator for Caftan Paris: CM2C, 14 rue Saint Jean, 75017 Paris, https://www.cm2c.net.
Jurisdiction: as a consumer, you may choose to bring proceedings before the court of the place where you lived when the contract was concluded, the court of the place of delivery, or the court of Caftan Paris's registered office.

Caftan Paris reserves the right to change these terms of service at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the site, and it is your responsibility to consult them regularly.
