2. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all sales concluded on the website caftanparis.com between Caftan Paris and any buyer (hereinafter "the Customer"). Placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
3. Products
Caftan Paris offers for sale:
- Caftans and traditional Oriental attire, which may feature beadwork or embroidery
- Jewelry made exclusively from stainless steel (no gold, no silver)
- Fashion accessories
Product photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible. Slight color variations may occur depending on your screen display settings and do not constitute a valid reason for a return.
Warning: Some of our caftans feature ornamental beads or embroidery that may detach. These items are not suitable for children under 3 years old due to choking hazards. Caftan Paris disclaims all liability for any use that does not comply with this warning.
4. Prices
Prices are stated in euros (€) inclusive of all taxes (TTC). Shipping costs are indicated separately and are added to the price of the products. Caftan Paris reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the rate in effect at the time of order validation.
5. Orders
An order is definitively validated once payment is confirmed. A confirmation email summarizing the ordered items, total amount, and delivery address will be sent to you automatically.
Caftan Paris reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the following cases:
- Suspicion of fraud or abusive ordering
- Product unavailability
- Obvious pricing error
In the event of a cancellation by Caftan Paris, the Customer will be fully refunded within 14 days.
6. Payment
The accepted payment methods are:
- Shopify Payments (credit/debit card: Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
- PayPal
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. All transactions are secure and encrypted. Caftan Paris does not store any banking data.
7. Delivery
Orders are shipped via Colissimo or Mondial Relay, at the Customer's choice, through our partner Sendcloud. Delivery times are provided as estimates only. Caftan Paris cannot be held liable for delays attributable to carriers or force majeure events.
It is the Customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the shipping address provided. Caftan Paris disclaims all liability for delivery errors resulting from an incorrect address provided by the Customer.
8. Quality Control
Each item is carefully inspected, photographed, and filmed before shipment. These records constitute proof of the item's condition at the time of dispatch and are retained for quality control and anti-fraud purposes.
9. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European legislation, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal. Full terms are detailed in our Return and Refund Policy available on the website.
The following are excluded from the right of withdrawal:
- Unsealed or worn jewelry, for hygiene reasons
- Customized or tailor-made items
- Any item clearly worn at an event
10. Statutory Warranties
In accordance with articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer benefits from the statutory warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects. These warranties do not apply to defects resulting from abnormal use or failure to comply with the care instructions provided with the product.
11. Product Maintenance
Each item is accompanied by care instructions that must be strictly followed. Caftan Paris cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from non-compliance with these instructions (fading, shrinkage, deterioration of beads or embroidery). No return or refund will be granted in this case.
12. Environmental Commitments
Caftan Paris is registered with the following producer responsibility organizations (EPR) under the textile recycling framework:

- Refashion: registration in progress
13. Intellectual Property
All content on the caftanparis.com website is the exclusive property of Caftan Paris. Any reproduction, even in part, is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.
14. Personal Data
Data collected during the ordering process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the website, in compliance with the GDPR.
15. Mediation and Disputes
In the event of a dispute, the Customer is invited to contact Caftan Paris first at contact@caftanparis.com to find an amicable solution.
Failing an amicable resolution, the Customer may access the European online dispute resolution platform free of charge:
These GTC are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute brought before the courts, those within the jurisdiction of Lille shall have exclusive competence.
