SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Preparation Each order is carefully prepared and inspected before shipment. All our items are photographed and filmed before they are sent to guarantee their pristine condition and to protect both our customers and our boutique.
Orders are prepared from Monday to Friday. Any order placed before 12:00 PM (noon) is processed the same day; any order placed after 12:00 PM is processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Carriers Caftan Paris ships via two carriers at the customer's choice, managed by our partner Sendcloud :

Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only from the date of shipment and do not constitute a contractual commitment. Caftan Paris cannot be held liable for delays attributable to the carriers.
3. Order Tracking As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly on the website of your chosen carrier:

- 🇫🇷 Metropolitan France
- 🇪🇺 European Union
For any delivery requests outside the EU, please contact us at contact@caftanparis.com before placing your order.
5. Shipping Fees Shipping fees are calculated automatically based on the chosen carrier and the total weight of your order. They are clearly displayed to you before the final validation of your order.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages In the event of a damaged package upon delivery:
- Refuse the package or state clear reservations with the carrier
- Contact us immediately at contact@caftanparis.com with photos of the package and its contents
In the event of a lost package:
- Contact us at contact@caftanparis.com with your order number
- We will open an investigation with the carrier as quickly as possible
7. Delivery Address It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of the delivery address entered when placing the order. Caftan Paris cannot be held liable for a delivery error resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
