Where do you ship and what are the delivery times?
We ship from France to Europe, the USA, Canada and the UAE. Orders are prepared within 24 hours.
- France: 48h home delivery, or 3–5 business days to a pickup point
- European Union: 3–5 days
- Switzerland, UK, Norway: 3–5 days
- USA, Canada, UAE: 5–8 business days
How can I track my order?
As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you receive a confirmation email with a secure tracking number.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. You have 14 days from receipt.
The first exchange is free.
